Operations

Everything after the quote, on the same record

Customers, service orders, the schedule, the technician in the field, compliance documentation, invoicing and reporting. One operating picture instead of six tools that email each other.

Customer record

A customer is only useful when it is connected to the job

Every profile carries the vehicles, the quote history, the service orders, the messages sent, the documentation captured and the money outstanding. No separate lookup to find out what happened last time.

Profiles

Customers and vehicles

Retail, commercial, insurance and wholesale accounts, each with their vehicles and full service history.

Flow

Quote to service order

An approved quote becomes a service order without re-entry, carrying the matched part and the vehicle context with it.

Timeline

Every touchpoint

Calls, texts, emails, portal messages and status changes recorded against the job they belong to.

Scheduling & field work

Dispatch that knows what the job needs

The schedule is built from the same record as the quote, so it already knows whether the job is mobile or in-shop, whether the part has arrived, and whether calibration is required. Technicians work from a mobile app that captures photos, signatures and completion in the field.

Compliance & ADAS

Calibration and documentation planned before the job, not after

The decoded vehicle already tells you whether a forward camera, lane departure system or heads-up display is involved. GlassiO turns that into scheduling requirements, documentation tasks and release checks that a manager can see in one place.

Plan

Calibration awareness

ADAS-equipped vehicles are flagged at intake so appointment type, duration and location are set correctly the first time.

Capture

Documentation tracking

Technician photos, customer signatures and job notes attach to the service order and stay attached.

Release

Safe drive-away oversight

Release readiness becomes a step in the workflow rather than a conversation in the bay.

Audit

Audit readiness

AGSC-related process support with records organised by job instead of by folder.

Watch

Exception view

Managers see missing documentation, open tasks and calibration status across the board in real time.

Scale

Consistency across sites

The same oversight standard applies at every location without policing it by hand.

GlassiO supports your compliance process and keeps the evidence together. It does not certify work or replace your own AGSC obligations and technician training.
Billing & reporting

Invoiced from the job, measured continuously

Completion triggers the invoice. Payments, text-to-pay, receivables and accounting sync stay attached to the work that produced them, so reporting is a live read of the business rather than a monthly reconstruction.

Sent by text or email, paid by card, or recorded offline at the counter.

Books updated

The transaction syncs to accounting and lands in the same reporting set as the job.

Integrations & API

Connected where it matters, open where you need it

Supplier connections live with inventory and purchasing. Everything else that touches a job connects here.

Money

Payments

Card processing, text-to-pay and offline recording against the invoice.

Books

Accounting

QuickBooks sync so invoices and payments reconcile without re-keying.

Comms

Messaging

SMS and email for confirmations, reminders, follow-ups and campaigns with opt-out handling.

API

Platform API

Programmatic access to jobs, vehicles, inventory and invoices for enterprise systems and custom tooling.

Service orders

Every job, with whatever is blocking it

The sales order list carries the part number, the vehicle, the schedule, the sourcing state and the invoice position on one row — so a job still waiting on glass is visible days before the appointment rather than on the morning.

Questions

Before you ask

Can technicians work without a signal?

The field app is built for real conditions on the road. Work is captured on the device and syncs when the connection returns.

Do we have to use the scheduling module?

No. Modules are licensed individually, so you can run quoting and CRM first and add scheduling when you are ready. See pricing.

How are permissions handled?

Roles scope what each person sees and does — CSR, technician, manager, accounting and owner — with audit logging on changes.

Does compliance documentation export?

Yes. Job documentation can be pulled per job, per customer or across a date range for audit purposes.
