Inventory & suppliers

Stock that knows which job it belongs to

Disconnected inventory creates missed installs, rushed orders and expensive mistakes. GlassiO ties stock, reservations, purchasing and your supplier accounts to the jobs that actually need the parts.

What you track

The materials real auto glass work consumes

Not a generic product catalogue. Glass parts by number, the mouldings and clips that go with them, adhesives and consumables, and where every item physically sits across your locations.

Identify demand

Quotes and scheduled jobs surface what will be needed and when.

Reserve or order

Available stock is reserved against the job; the rest becomes a purchase order with its job context intact.

Track supplier status

Order state and expected arrival stay visible next to the appointment that depends on it.

Receive and update

Receiving updates stock, clears the reservation and marks the job ready.

Reconcile

Usage, returns and inventory value roll into reporting without a separate count.

Adding stock

Part numbers that carry their fitment with them

Reverse part lookup answers which vehicles a part fits before it ever goes on the shelf. Interchange numbers, glass features, the ADAS flag, bin location, quantity and supplier pricing are captured on the item itself.

Supplier connectivity

Check stock and price without leaving the job

Live connections to the distributors you already buy from, so availability and account pricing appear inside the quote and the purchase order goes out without opening a portal.

Available vs reserved

What is genuinely free to sell, separated from what is already spoken for.

Job readiness risk

Low stock alerts

Consumables and fast movers surfaced before they run out mid-install.

Open purchasing

Everything ordered and not yet received, with the jobs waiting on it.

Questions

Before you ask

Do we need a supplier account to use this?

You use your own accounts. GlassiO connects to them so your negotiated pricing and availability are what appear in the quote.

Can we run multiple locations?

Yes. Stock is tracked per location with movements between them, and enterprise operators get a consolidated view.

What about returns?

Supplier returns are handled in Parts & Purchasing and reconcile against the original order and job.

Does this work for distribution rather than installation?

Yes — wholesale customers, counter sales and fulfilment are covered. See distributors.
